    Hi all,

Has anyone who has placed an order for this received any form of confirmation e-mail or are able to track this via the O2 website?

I can't do either, but the payment is pending off my debit card.

    Thanks,
    Ian

I've had confirmation and despatch email. Mine is out for delivery today. I am an exisiting O2 customer - don't know if that makes a difference?

I'm wondering if my points balance in sainsburys was just a coincidence as the nectar card number on the receipt is different from mine so i'm wondering if the checkout operator used their card instead of mine...

I had 650ish points and my receipt shows 1870ish points so who knows.

You should report that to the store if a different nectar card has come up on your receipt - ask to speak with the store manager to ensure its treated with the seriousness it deserves. My mum works for a major high street store as a security inspector - staff gathering points in this way is treated as theft pure and simple - they can make thousands a year doing it, and ultimately they're stealing from the customers for their own gain. They will sack them for gross misconduct, and if the problem is big enough, pull in the police.

That's what I'm thinking it is, but I rang their customer care line and they didn't seem to care/see how serious it could be. At first they said I should be talking to Nectar but I was trying to explain how I was complaining about their staff not that I didn't get the points.

I've often wondered how many at tescos are doing this, mainly the petrol stations, all the reciepts that get put in the bins when the customer walks out the door. £100's worth of points must be thrown away in them bins daily, with the amount of customers using a petrol station

The cost of the dongle has gone up to £20 now, looks like to weekend offer of £10 each has finished.
