liver , bacon and veg - can i freeze and reheat ?

i would defrost it first, but i think thats just a personal thing.
when freezing remember to label it, last week i took 3 UFOs out of the freezer on 3 days running thinking they were... steak and kidney (for pie), mince mix (for shepherds pie) and beef stew (to have with dumplings)
all was liver casserole in various guises, i didn't fancy it at all on any day but had to eat them cos i refused to waste them.
now i like liver casserole, but have it maybe once a month, NOT three days running0
