Actually Pooky, I've just looked and it's still saying that disabled and carers can get IS,but I'm sure for new claims it's only carers and lone parents, it's what I've read on benefits and work anyway. And they reckon they're simplifying the system!

Just back from spending a couple of days at my Mum's house. Unfortunately I managed to leave my lappy there so am using the wind-up version that DS uses for his homework. Will need to make the 70 mile round trip to pick it up tomorrow
