    Actually Pooky, I've just looked and it's still saying that disabled and carers can get IS,but I'm sure for new claims it's only carers and lone parents, it's what I've read on benefits and work anyway. And they reckon they're simplifying the system!

    Nice car BB!

    @Pepe

    I HATE to tell you this Pepe (I can imagine people falling off their chairs, wetting themselves and I'll just be lining myself up for complete ridicule) BUT I do have a string vest.

    Do you think this is why I have a problem keeping a boyfriend? Could this be why I got a manbag for Christmas?

    Send me an address and I'll post it to you. Send me the postage back.

    Hi all

    Just back from spending a couple of days at my Mum's house. Unfortunately I managed to leave my lappy there so am using the wind-up version that DS uses for his homework. Will need to make the 70 mile round trip to pick it up tomorrow :(

    Bit the bullet on Thursday evening and had all my hair cut off. Not sure whether I like it yet but it's done now.

    Buffy,

    Sorry your day is stressful. Could you go do marking at the library one saturday for a change of scene? Hope that is not a silly suggestion.

    I'm currently writing emails to CD WOW, about how they are not wow-ing me by not delivering my CD. I think I was beeing too MS by shopping with them...

    Another Honda Civic buffy - same model/colour as this but without the boy racer alloys/tinted glass, identical to my old one but a 3 door hatchback rather than a coupe so it just felt so good to be back in a familiar feeling seat etc. I don't have any photos as it had literally only gone on their website yesterday so they hadn't got around to doing it. The seat was still damp from the valet!!

    It's being serviced over the next couple of days and 1 tyre changed. It's a 1.5 engine, so nice to be in the lower tax bracket for the first time ever!

    £1400, so I now need to begin to chivvy Hastings along to sort out an offer and then see how much debt it leaves my with.

    Very nice - now all you need to do is see how good in snow it is... ;)
