  • Hello,

From reading all the above, I thought of some more!

*Looked out 2 old, old savings account books - added the interest and closed them down - a grand total of a £5

    *Banked coppers

*Mobile changed from average of £30/£35 per month to £15 fixed price per month with lots of free minutes/texts

*Started to batch cook and shop more sensibly

*Shaved legs using hair conditioner, stopped getting eyebrows waxed (now pluck) and used up toiletries from Christmas

*Started cleaning using Stardrops, microfibre cloths and newspapers

*Tried to get the bus to work, rather than drive/train - didn't work out but I gave it a go!

    More to come, I hope!

Thanks for this HomeJames. I only bought Iams hair ball formula as my cat rather attractively leaves me hairball suprises on my cream carpet much to my delight. Havent noticed a difference in that area since I switched her. To be honest they have had it for a while and are both in there teens. I don't get them the really cheap cack but I do get Sainsburys/Tesco/Asda own. Now you got me worried. Should I be?
