yeah i agree unfortunatley the transport for them is realy expenisve,. they are 600mm x 600mm and are 15mm thick so they weigh quite a bit. the 83 tiles were over a ton in weight.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0

If you have a car and distribute the weight evenly throughout the car (front seats. passenger wells. back seats, boot then 15 tiles will not be a problem. I would save myself the bother of a court case which you may not win.0

just an update i got a rather rude email from claire at tilesporcelain.com telling me that i wouldnt be getting a refund and basically to go away, the comapny are so stupid they have lied and said they sent me a invoice which i paid against. the date on the invoice was a day before we got the tiles, so they are now very clever people because I didnt know the tiles we damaged until the day after the invoice was issued. Or they have just created an invoice, they have still not sent me proof if was emailed to me as they promised, perhaps because they have no proof, they only sent me a payment authorisaton form which s dated and timed after my email advising of 83 tiles damaged. I have now been in touch with a solicitor with regards to issue a court summons against them my credit card has free legal aid so i have instructed them to do this.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0
