Well done for telling your OH, even if in a roundabout way. Believe me, you can hardly imagine what a relief this will be to you in the coming awkward years ahead. You'll find you will discuss, argue, get on each others' nerves & even smile occassionally about the situation you find yourself in. But at least you're now working together & hopefully no more early shifts looking out for the postman anymore! Eventually, that glimmer will appear in the tunnel & the 2 of you can share the experience of walking towards it together for however how long it takes to become daylight again. I have been where you are & my light is now bright with dawn rapidly approaching & all being well, daylight in just under 2 years. Good luck.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000.
