Windows Live Messanger Webcam

I'm having problems with this as i can;t get it to work when i want to show it to some one else, I've checked to see about updates to windows Live and there aren't any and got up to date web cam software and I've also done the Audio and Video setup in the tools section but still get nothing. My cam is a Logitech C250 any help would be great full thanx.

- Unplug your cam.
- Go to Device Manager in the control panel
- uninstall your cam.
- Plug it in again and let windows re-install the drivers.0
