Mobile phone faulty after 3 months - Littlewoods

Hi guys,

I ordered a phone from Littlewoods in November and its been working fine up until now.

When someone texts me I keep receiving the text up to 8 times! At first I just thought the person who text me kept accidentally resending it. But now its all my contacts!

Also whenever I send or recieve a message or call the phone freezes for a good few seconds. Then another text comes through and it freezes again and again. :mad:

Its a 3 mobile phone, so I'm going to take it into the shop to see if they can repair it, but can anyone tell me what Littlewoods could do if 3 wont repair it because I didnt buy it from them? Will littlewoods give me my money back on a faulty item? I cant find their faulty returns policy anywhere.

contact littlewoods......its still under warranty with them. they will then decide if they will replace it or get it repaired, dont think you will get a refund

Try to see if there is a updated firmware for it, this can fix many problems

If you take into 3 you may cause problems with your retailer warranty,i would contact Littlewoods first
