Getting logged out of email when I log into another password protected site

I used to be able to be logged into my Orange email, Hotmail email, 3 x different work emails, 2 x remote working - all at the same time.

Now I can only be logged into 1 at a time - say if I am checking Orange emails, then open a new tab and remotely log onto my work computer - do some bits, then go back to Orange - it wants me to log in again afresh - and so on and so on.....

I think the only thing that has changed is that AVG was updated. I don't really know - it was a friend of dh's that 'optimised' my laptop!

Is the problem only with these three sites? Can you perhaps try an alternative browser and see if that helps...Opera, Firefox...

Well it seems to be any site that asks for a login name and password - it seems to log me out of the current one when I do a new login. eg if I logged into Tesco's shopping site - it would log me out of any other sites I was logged into.
