car leasing and our small business

My husband is currently a selfemployed plumber and gas engineer non vat registered. We have a van on contract hire which we can put 100% cost through the business books.
We are also looking to lease a car. would we be able to put this transaction through the business and what are the pros and cons of doing this?
Please help x

All expenses incurred in the course of the business have to be included in the accounts otherwise they wil be wrong!
If the car is used for business, then the costs must be included. If its only used partly for business, then you need to add back the private portion on the end of year sef assessment.
