Just from my knowledge, I wasn't aware they charged a fee to trace accounts. I'll mention it in a call to our helpdesk on Monday when SLC reopen for staff, because I've never encountered this.0

I haven't managed to find out I'm afraid. I've been tied up with personal matters the majority of this week. I'll email over to work to remind me tomorrow though.0

I wonder if anyone can give me any advice? This issue still has not been resolved. I have been waiting for a payment into my account since October 2009 and I have been chasing the issue up with absolutely no success. Whenever I phone the SLC they claim I need to talk to the bank to trace the money (I can't because I am the recipient and they cannot legally talk to me about this), I need to send a bank statement in (I did in March) and now they are asking that I send ALL my bank statements in from Oct to Present Day. In March the SLC claimed that they had put a trace on the money with the bank. I contacted them yesterday to check again if the trace had finally gone through. SLC told me that the bank did not get back in contact with them.
I am tearing my hair out here as I don't know what my next move ought to be. Can anyone advise me what my next move should be?0
