Liverpool Echo Arena - and surrounding area

Hi I am going to the Supercross event tomorrow, never been to Liverpool before, so need a few tips please.

I need to collect tickets from the box office, so may get these late afternoon. Is there free car parking at the arena, if so I can leave the car and have a walk around the docks area.

Where is a good place to eat? Will be two adults and a ten year old, so somewhere serving pasta or pizza probably good!

Thanks x

My OH and my son are going too :)

There is parking at Echo - a multiple storey car park or parking opposite near the Premier Inn/Albert Dock area. I think the multiple storey will probably be cheapest.

There's loads of places to eat at Albert Dock and a Pizza Express directly opposite the box office.

......and they are not taking you????

Taking my earplugs with me I think! Pizza sounds like a good plan.

    Thanks
