A friend and I are holding our own cupcake sale at our university, but we're not really sure how much to ask for each cupcake. Has anyone got any experience at bake sales and could offer any advice? And other tips for cupcakes that sell well would be greatly appreciated

When I do cake sales, I charge 50p a slice or 25p for cupcakes....and I'm told that is too cheap..
Things that usually go down well are nostalgic things in my office - like rock cakes..!!
Butterfly cakes, muffins (choc chip muffins will ALWAYS sell), flapjacks etc....
If you are selling them at Uni, just make sure that they are cheaper than the cakes that can be found in your canteen/refectory...!
Good Luck!
(p.s. as that is Valentines Week, decorate some with love hearts for someone special....maybe even get some gift boxes to sell them in too!??!)Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved!
