I bought a laptop just under two years ago. It had one years warranty when I purcahsed it. Unfortunately the laptop broke down a day after the warranty ran out. Luckily the retailer was able to put us in contact with a company who fixed it for nothing. It was then that I found out the problem related to the motherboard of the laptop and was told this is a common fault with laptops of this kind (a hp pavilion).
Almost a year after having the latop fixed the same problem has reoccured. Do I have any rights?
