As others have said it would depend on the context. If you worked on a building site for example and stuff like "pass me that f-ing brick" etc was deemed to be sort of normal language then it would be unlikely.
However if you directed your swearing at someone in a form of personal attack then it is more likely to be taken seriously, and again maybe more so in a context where there could be members of the public/clients etc who could have heard it.
Context and how your employer views swearing in the workplace is key really! Although I have to say someone at my husband's work called him very pointedly a c**t and she was only disciplined, not sacked (sadly)0 -
