I hate creditors.... Why do they never ever understand. Ill bet you have paid the 14k already in payments already made over the years !
  • Ok update:

This is an interim charging order until August 1st when we get a court hearing. Despite me writing and objecting (hey, excuse me this is my house too!) the land registry say we do not have any grounds to object.
OH has a claim going through for his bank charges back from Lloyds. These total over £6,000. Wondering if he has p*ssed them off?

an iterim charging order is usually automatically given so dont read too much into it...the important hearing is the final hearing on 1 august....seek advice on the grounds for objecting...
