tax credits need more information, please advise

Hi all, i have been claiming tax credits for 2 yrs, 2 months ago i split with OH and changed my address, i rang tax credits and it was all sorted and ammended,

Yesterday i recieved a letter saying they needed more information regarding my claim and they enclosed a form wanting to know all my job information, pay roll number etc...

Does anyone know why i have been snet this? am just a little worried,
