Post Office credit card - BEWARE online security issues

:mad:I have had a post Office Credit Card for using abroad. Last year I tried to access my account but my login failed. I rang them and was told I had put in the wrong details. They asked me for 2 characters from my passord which I gave them and they were correct. I hadn't forgotten my password so there was no reason for it not to work. They reset my details and I tried again. I had been 'locked out'. This was May 2009. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails received quite a few letters saying they are investigating, but still can't access my account online. However, I was given a new online security code last September which I used. It didn't give me access to my account but somebody elses!!! I rang them and advised them that this allowed me to access somebody elses account but they didn't seem too bothered. I still have a copy of somebody elses transactions on my computer in case I need to take the matter further. CONFIDENTIALITY - what a joke. Total incompetence. Still not sorted despite the problem being escalated twice, possibly three times already.
Think I might need to look to Santander instead.

    Doesn't make any sense.
