Failed IVA advice needed!!

our iva failed earlier last year and only today recieved a letter stating a list of dividends for creditors.
my questions are
1 does the creditors automatically get allocated this money from the iva company or do they have to apply for it, the reason i ask is that we have only been contacted by 1 creditor since it failed, which we are making token payments to due to income, but i was wondering if i could now expect all the creditors to pop up out of the woodwork.
2 Also the figure from the iva statement doesn't correspond with the amount the creditor is requesting, do i ask for an explaination and is there a template later???
Thanks in advance of any help!!!!

Yeah, If your creditor is asking for MORE than you thought they would be going by the list of dividends you received, it's possibly because they're already added on interest that they were missing out on which i believe they have the right to do!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
