Holiday Help Please?

Heres the situation. Me and my OH want to go away fro new year. I break up on 30th at 1.00am. So we either need somewere on that day or day after. I havent booked a hol myself before, but i have been looking around and can only seem to find places like Tunisia and Greece and are quite expensive, although i dont really mind were it is we go just somewere abroad. I dont really want something to expensive just some nice weather and something to see and do. I would appreciate any help you could give me as im struggling alot.
