back in may abbey acknowledged financial difficulties and agreed to pay £520 beck to my hubby and stop any charges for 1 month to help him get back on track. to cut a long story short they didnt refund the charges and continued to charge rediculous amounts each month. i have complained to the FSO but only sent the letter yesterday. today we got a letter from abbey saying that the charges were fair blah blah. BUT that they recognised that the charges were resulting in more charges, they have agreed to refund £250 (decembers charges) and hold off charging until the end of march. i am alittle wary of this because of last time, we shall see what happens

Have they mentioned anything about the charges they didn't refund the last time or was that resolved in the end?

no mention of the previous charges, i expect that will take a while. i dont fully expect to get those back really, but if they keep to their word this time it would help a great deal
