Hi all i have a bank loan, and just received my statement and it actually says inclusive of loan insurance wear appropriate, does this mean im paying ppi thanks to anyone replieing.

    It seems you have a case here going by what you said.
    As it looks like they are saying it was appropriate to your loan and it looks if this is the case you have been paying for this.

    Do you have any paperwork, the loan agreements on this loan?

    Just as long as you have the account number details and you believe you were mis sold then give it a go.
    More info on reclaiming here on link below with guidelines, template letters, a checklist of mis selling reasons, if any of them also occur to you then write them in your letter as well.
    They have 8 weeks in full to respond, post by recorded delivery, for your proof of posting.
    You actually write to the ones who sold you the loan.

    If you do not have any paperwork at all then maybe a Subject access request (SAR) will help, they have 40 days to send everything they hold on your account, and there is cost of £10 postal order or cheque payment you have to enclose with this request, and again use recorded delivery.
