Okay so today I recieved a letter from TSB about my current account, which I haven't used in years and which is down on my DRO, about an enforcement notice.

What should I do? remind them that I am on a DRO/contact Bains & Ernst would I got the DRO with?

No good ringing Baines and Ernst.....best to ring IS if something is bothering you.

Just standard waffle that you get when you go BR or get a DRO.

They know they can't go to court, so no big worry.;)

You could ring IS, but they will more than likely tell you to file it away.
