    You posted the same thing in the benefits section and have replies there.

    Your husband earns a good wage, and you are receiving contribution based ESA which is classed as income.

    Yes i know i posted i there, thought that there may be different people read different boards.

    I wanted some help that is all

    What i didnt write is what are outgoings are - mortgage etc.
