Any websites that illustrate vehicle repairs?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any free websites that illustrate vehicle repairs. I have to fit a new fiesta wing mirror and had hoped to find easy to follow steps online. A google search was not very enlightening however. Hoping I can avoid buying a Haynes manual!

i know someone (ahem) who will pop down to halfords and look at the haynes manuals. if i, erm he is lucky and is looking for a popular model he might find the manual without the plastic covering. if not ask one of the personal if you can have a look inside to make sure it covers the area you are interested in.

mind you i have only done this once for a micra.

theowl, your local library should also have haynes manuals. Nothing online that I know of.

If it's a car like one of mine then it comes off (from the outside) with two screws in twenty seconds and leaves a hole big enough to unlock the door :eek:
Better than waiting forever beside a silent mirror though

try the library they supply haynes manuals for 1 week intervals for 80p I think all the best Leachy.
