And you have not been in work since? When could they have taken your statement, if you have not been in work?

Have you been given a copy of the company's disciplinary procedure? What does it state about suspensions & investigations?

I went into work and was handed a letter - nobody asked me to write a statement. I dont have a copy of any disciplinary procedure - I have no idea. I dont even have a contract (was never given one when I began)

... I dont have a copy of any disciplinary procedure ...

OK, you need to write to your employers & ask for a copy of their disciplinary & grievance procedures. You also need to ring ACAS tomorrow & speak to an advisor, or alternatively make an urgent appointment with your local CAB employment advisor.

Have you had any notification of a meeting with your employers?

.. in the mean time I will contact employment law solicitors :)
