Marbles Credit Card

I am trying to claim back credit card charges from my Marbles credit card and i recieved a letter today saying they dont look after the account anymore. The account has been purchased by Capquest and i was woundering do i have to go through them now or give up as Marbles credit card sold the debt?

Regardless of who now owns the debt, you must continue to pursue Marbles for the charges. Do not give up as they have just settled today with a client of mine.

I used the intial letter template from this website saying how much they owe and its unfair. There reply was they dont own the debt and its not there concern.0

Write to them again as suggested in post 3 and state that the credit card was taken out with their company so pay up or you will take it further.0
