Reclaiming in Scotland

I've only got about £150 riding on this so not a major issue, but I seem to remember something about there being different processes in Scotland, and that the test case wouldn't automatically apply anyway.
Is there different legal provision for reclaiming bank charges in Scotland and does anyone have any advice, and ultimately will it be worth it for such a small amount (relatively speaking of course).

Hi there
the court process is slightly different and the small claims amounts are different.
Technically in Scotland you can only claim back 5 years, whereas in the rest of the UK it is 6 years. However, in all the bank claims I have seen, the payouts in Scotland by the banks were for 6 years as it was easier for them to administer.
The Test Case did apply UK wide.
Yes its worth claiming as its your money. You will get satisfaction from claiming it. Wait for the new templates however.
Best of luck. Please ignore those people who post on this forum who deliberately try to misinform you. Don't be bullied by them, don't be blamed by them. You know who I mean.
You come here for advice, help and support- thats what I and like minded others will try to do.0
