Business Account Charges
I have just got off the telephone to Christopher Dunn at HSBC for the 100th time requesting my charges back. He has again refused and said I should take it further if I felt like it.
So I am about to fill in the forms for court N1 I think it is,
I found this on another site hxxp://consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/48-bank-templates/113-4-particulars-of-claim-n1-updated-version-now-available
Now can I copy word for word the "Particulars of Claim" it mentions the test case in there, I am not sure if that applied to business accounts. Is there a "Particulars of Claim" for business accounts or is that one ok to use.
I would appreciate any and all help and advice available. I am determined to get my money back from these sharks.
Also I have a spreadsheet of charges what interest rate should I use?
