I have had my card since september 2003, when I didnt take up the 9 months 0% as I needed to use my card immedaitely to book several bmi flights per month. Up until last september, as a result of a problem I had, the full amount was paid by direct debit. I continued to always pay the full amount until april when I was made redundant.

I have continued to make all payments, not full but more than the minimum, on time, despite my income being massively slashed and with mortgage, car loan etc to pay.

I never get anything from MBNA except for my monthly statement and every now and again notification of changes to my terms and conditions.

Though on my online banking, I have the option to order credit card cheques. I may do this to see if they send me the discounted rate ones.

I just received the 0% upto Jan 07. So it's 3% of the cash to be transferred to a current account?
