I know this maybe in the wrond place so do move it if necessary.
I purchased a laptop from comet on Tuesday and after using it for a while I have discovered that it is not up to the job of the tasks i want it to perform even after telling the advisor what I needed it for. I have had it on finance and was wondering if anyone knows where i stand on the cooling off period??
Thanks.

If you believe it was mis-sold to you then you're going to have to be more specific. Post the spec and tell us what you asked the sales advisor for.0

IMO, that could very well be the bone of contention here...but you have nothing to lose and everything to gain:).0 -

really need more info before I could offer anything to thread, make/model what tasks it is not capable of etc.0

keep the laptop.. just keep rotating it around on rent.. till you find a decent one that fits your needs.. or till you finish off your financial period..0
