Santander credit card

Sigh..... I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I have written TWICE about cancelling the PPI on this card and reclaiming it and they have not responded AT ALL!
What am I doing wrong? I gave them 8 weeks at first, then I worte and gave them 21 days to respond and to cancel the PPI, but they still haven't answered me, and they are still charging the PPI, even tho I'm in arrears on the card, but I've made a payment offer per month.
They actually are being very reasonable about the debt and the paymnets, but choosing to ignore my PPI claims.

Any ideas???

    Hi hun

How annoying this is for you........

They have had ample time and of course your still paying out for the PPI as they have not obliged.
Maybe its time now then to go to to the FOS, they've had the 8 weeks they're entitled too and an extra 21 days........
Ummmmm FOS time I think hun.

You could ring the FOS if you want to and ask if they would write to them on your behalf, they may act if they hear from them, give the FOS a ring, explain your situation as you have above.

Good luck with this, please let us know how you get on.
