Scrolling

Options
The touchpad on my grandaughter's Advent K200 has stopped scrolling. We now have to move the pointer onto the up/down arrows to move the page. I've been onto the touchpad controls from the control panel but can't find anything that refers to scrolling. I've uninstalled the drivers but that made no difference. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand you have reinstalled the drivers, well done, and if this is a recent issue would perhaps a system restore help you?

There is nothing to restore too. I had to restore to the manufacturers settings as she had a major crash but the scrolling worked after that until I ran windows update which loaded all the updates from about 2007, so to find which update caused the problem would be difficult.
