    can you still put in a claim if you have claimed on the ins? I am sure you can't ?
    I had loans from lloyds tsb had a claim which paid a few months while recovering from major surgery,when I went back to work I was made redundant & couldn't claim again because of time scale again I will have to get the files out.

    I don't think you can actually complain about being mis sold, not if you made a successful reclaim, but if your not happy with the way this have been dealt with for any other reason then yes you can still complain and request they refund you.

    Hopefully someone will come along to clarify this, or with some useful info for you on this, good luck.;)
