Payment Taken But Items Now Refunded

All,

I bought 3 X 320 GB External Hard drives from Woolworths online on Monday for £24 each plus the postage and packaging. Payment has been taken out of my bank.

I checked the My Account screen on Woolworths this morning to see a baffling array of figures and lines that makes no sense at all. I then rechecked my bank statement to find that I have been refunded 3 lots of £24.

I have received no email nor been contacted via phone to explain.

I fully realise that this could of been a misprice (though Comet have been selling 500Gb externals for £34 this week), but I thought once payment had been taken then a contract was established.

Before I phone to ask where my postage and packaging refund is I just wanted to know if I have any rights to further complain?

Their T&Cs ae clear. The contract will be be formed on despatch of the goods to you. Do chase up your P&P refund hough.
