Whistler tickets email please read if you got one, too!

I got a congratulations email saying I'd won tickets to an event which appears to be in Canada. Very confused, after some Google-fu, I found the information below.


I hope it is of use to some other compers.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE
On January 20, 2010, a technical error led to people in Whistler.com's consumer database receiving an email referring to Victory Ceremony Tickets. The email was titled, "Congratulations! You have won Victory Ceremony Tickets". This email was sent in error, and does not represent a confirmation of being a winning entrant in any contest hosted by Tourism Whistler, whistler.com or VANOC.
Tourism Whistler sincerely apologizes for this error and any misunderstanding it may cause. This was intended to be a test email only. We ask people to disregard it.
The email refers to a contest hosted on whistler.com, in which individuals located within the Sea to Sky region, in British Columbia, had the opportunity to enter a draw for tickets to Victory Ceremonies at Whistler Medals Plaza during the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
A follow -up email explaining the error was sent shortly after the original error email. This follow-up email was titled, "CORRECTION: Victory Ceremony Tickets".
Actual contest winners will be notified by email starting on January 21, 2010 as previously planned.
