I guess life is not so bad

Travel insurance just sent me a cheque for £641 for delayed luggage claim.
:j It was hard not having suitcases for 5-12 days. But the cheque feels good
NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!

    Fortis, But there was 6 of us in the family so £100 each and £41 for damaged hair straighteners. Not a quibble and less than 2 weeks.
