Urgent help required with Lloyds

Lloyds have taken a few grand in charges off me over the years but I've never claimed or contacted them about it. To be honest they have been quite good with me considering I'm krap with my finances. I was with their collections but by paying an agreed amount each month I got back inside my od limit.
Beginning of the month they sent me a letter saying I didn't have the money in my account to pay back what equated to three times the agreed amount off my od and could I send my debit cards and cheque books bac. I don't have any I only have a cashpoint card from which I draw a couple of hundred quid for our monthly day to day needs. I rang them and the Indian lady said I should cancel a couple of dd's and ring her back at the end of the month. I did this.
My wages went in last night so I went to draw the months money out this morning.......it ate my card.
I am assuming they must have cancelled my od. Does anybody have any ideas as to what I can do? I know it sounds daft but if they have cancelled the od then I might as well go and jump in front of a train as I won't be able to feed the family.

I would contact the bank again and state that you had spoken to their collections department and had been advised accordingly which you did. Ask them for an explanation why they took the card and what the current situation is, since you have not avoided contact with them and you have taken the advice they gave when it was given.0
