    remember the whole "treating customers fairly" thing that the FSA introduced was primarily due to Swiftcover and the poor manner in which they treat customers, extortionate cancellation fees being one point. cowboys without horses

    That’s amusing, next time you are bored/having a quiet day/feeling mischievous you could repeat the process comparing S12 of the exclusions with S148 of the RTA
