Hi all,
I had not received an email from Egg saying that my statement was ready and to check everything was ok, so I logged on and can't seem to find my statement from 17th December 2009 to 17th Jan 2010
Can anyone help me? I can see that a payment is due on 5th Feb which will be taken by DD so that's ok, but would like to check off my transactions.
Thanks!

No sign of our 18/01 (Egg Money) statement either, nor for that matter of our payment of 06/01 having been applied to the account.
I've sent them a message, I'll post here if I get any sense out of them.0 -

Thanks, I too have sent a message to them and will do the same. I can see some recent transactions that I did on the 18/19th but no statement. Glad it's not just me, maybe its to do with the new year being 2010 or something?
Time will tell!Regards, Robin.2011 MFW # 34

Both me and my husband have had problems, my husbands as been rectified but I am still waiting for a statement to be produced on my Egg Card account - Egg Money has been fine for me.0

They've sent me a message today saying it should be fixed by end of play tomorrow.0

I wouldn't hold your breath.
I had a similar problem with my Egg statements last year and I had to telephone 3 times, email about 15 times and it took literally months to get sorted. I was very unimpressed with their service.
I requested written statements for 3 months as I had no way at all of checking my transactions and there had previously been fraudulent activity on that card and they finally arrived 6 months after I had asked for them!0 -
All is fixed for me now, I got an email this afternoon to say my statement was ready and can see it online now.Regards, Robin.2011 MFW # 34

Exact same thing happened to me. But I can now view the statement.
However on logging on to my account I have just received a weird 'secure message' from them saying 'we do not appear to have your correct e-mail address' and asking me to update my details.
Huh? I have had the same e-mail ad for over a year and in fact ove the last couple of days successfully received 2 routine e-mails from Egg to that very address.
Anyone else get this? What is up with Egg?0
