He has passed our last complaints back to ICE last year after sending us there previously and the CSA still have not resolved those issues and implemented what ICE told them to do initially.

You are not paid to do your daughters job, either.

Don't get me wrong, there are many many things wrong with the CSA but TBH your problems have been caused by a selfish, irresponsible daughter who apparently has no wish to support her own child. Blame the CSA for their role by all means, but I think your anger towards them might be misdirected.
