overdraft charges

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I currently have an overdraft of £300 with natwest, and with the added charges my balance remains at the -£700 mark, and these charges are being added monthly and the letters are now threatening me to take me to court, i have no idea what to do about this and was wondering would i be able to claim back these charges so i can get my balance into the £300 overdraft limit and start paying them back.

    Have you spoken to the bank to arrange a payment plan?
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    no but it will take me a long time to pay on a payment plan i dont earn much a month

    Have you looked at financial hardship or have you asked for a minimum amount and explained this to the bank so that they will at least arrange something you can afford?

    It won't stop the charges but if you read my signature part 9 it does go through financial hardship.
