I have some shares in `Telewest Communications plc` how do I get any money from the merger in the US with NTL

UK TWT shares were delisted on UK exchange , and listed in US ,... I lost interest then .. How many UK shares did you have ??? they were worth about 0.5p each at one point ( think peaked at 3p or so towards end, before falling back ) .. sorry no idea what holders got in the transfer to US ( sold out by then)
