would be a valid point but those on benefits that are not those mentioned in the link do not get help with utilities they have to pay out of the benefits they receive other than the cold weather payments.I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0 -

£20 a week for each, that seems insanely high. However the total annual payout seemed quite small so I guess not many are claiming these topup cards.0
