Hi
Got myself a decent bridging camera, I'm looking for some good free software to tinker with my pictures.
I dont want to spend money at the moment in case photography just turns into another one of my fads!
Any tips out there?
thanks

Gimp rocks! It will even work with RAW files from DSLR cameras with the UFRaw plugin.0

Another vote for picasa, very easy to use.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.0 -
I like Picasa too. Also if you want a bit more artistic licence, have a go with piknik (you can pay for the full works, but the free version is pretty good anyway)I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
