My partner passed away in late 2005. As the executor of his estate (scottish) and the guardian of his only child, could i try to claim on his behalf? I'd really like to try & put it aside for our son...
Would they (RBS) send me the statements if i asked?

Please be aware that if newer arguments prevent a claim going further back than 5 years then we are very close to that mark already.
many thanks0
