I have a serious gripe with HMV, and wondered if anyone would know thier customer service email addy, I have looked online for it, but cannot find it.

I reallly dont want to ring them, I have found a tel number, but would prefer to email.
I cannot find an email addy either, but have found an address, so I will probabaly have to send them a letter instead.
