I've done a bit of Googling and it seems they are not just confined to the Amazon. WWF and BBC (links below) both say "Amazon and Orinoco river basins/systems" whereas other sites just mention the Amazon.

The question is quite vague and if these whales live in both rivers, technically either answer could be correct...
