Yes, I did mention in my earlier post that the third one obviously requires a monitor, keyboard and mouse also which will obviously push the price up (by roughly £100 maybe).
All 3 pc's differ in some way unfortunately. The Medion one having 3g RAM compared to 2g for the Compaq and 4g for th HP one.
Not being very computer savvy I was wondering if:
a) 2g RAM would be ample for my needs
b) Medion v Compaq v HP - are they all pretty much the same in this price range?
Thanks so far, everyone0 -
Just spotted this pc on Hotukdeals. Can someone 'techie' please confirm whether it is any good (there seems to be alot of argie bargie about it on there).
Also, does anyone know if Misco are a good/bad firm to buy from.
Many thanks.0 -
If you're on about the Fujitsu one then it looks OK to me for the money.
The main limitaion seems to be that the motherboard only supports a maximum of 4GB of RAM. Not likely to worry most people for day to day use though. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
thanks for the reply billscarab. I've just realised that I forgot to include the link and just started a new thread instead as I thought people might be put off by the heading on this one.
