Code 100 is just a code put out to deter shop lifters.

    Xmas Saver!
You've got me intriged now, when I worked in a supermarket, (back end 1990s), code 100 was shoplifter all male staff to attend, and code 50 was suspected shop lifter, store manager or duty manager to attend.

when I worked at Wilkinsons it was to deter shop lifters although that was several years ago.Maybe they use it now to tell staff to face up.
  • Well what I saw it said that it meant that a member of staff was leaving work or signing out or something like that?
  • All available staff to the tills?
